Now this you gotta try!

BEVERAGE OF THE MONTH

Ok, I was in Costco and watched a demo on blenders. Not to worry, I didn't purchase one. This is what the lady put it it and it is AWESOME!!!!!! I will never make another kind as long as these ingredients are on hand.

She said to keep the leaves attached to the strawberries. She didn't core the pineapple and she left the rinds on the lime wedges. Then she added a few handfuls of ice cubes. She didn't add peaches to hers, but since we have a plethera of them...... She also did not add the blackberries. Those are just compliments of moms wild blackberry bush. Thanks mom and dad!

I also added two tablespoons or so of wheat germ for your added, you know, uummpphh. (watch out, it gives you gas!) Then, squirt in a bit of honey for some sweetener.

Oh my goodness. IT is to die for. Let me know how you may or may not like it. (you will)
The limes are what make it I think. Sometimes we have it twice a day. The kids love it but would prefer if I strain out the seeds first. I don't though.

What??? The blackberry bushes are bearing fruit? That´s incredible. Really! Never thought they would bear. Well, that is exactly what they do here in Brazil - with their blenders. They make them with almost anything in them, call it a vegimina, and drink it. Yes, also the limes - they do not peel them, or seed anything. And yes, it is so very good. Dad´s favorite is these giant size avocados, milk and a little sugar. Sooo good. Try it everyone!!!

And, they never core the pineapple either - just eat the thing - they are good yummy fruit.

Can you believe that! Must have been a blessing of our mission. I tried to kill that week. I guess I thinned it, Mac and Trooper dunged it and you harvested it! Here they call your drink a Mista Vermelha. ssssoooooo gooooood! But who would have thought to leave the leafs in, must be health thing.

I hope you're making one for me later this month...

Me thinks the no peeling, coring, etc is just for ease / simplicity.
