Hey, a Brazilian family just moved in next door to us. They wife seems very kind and friendly. I've tried to talked to her in a mish-mash of Spanish and English, which was a little rough. I told her you were there and I thought how handy it would be if you could chat for us. :)

ReNae, when you are in the closet area of the basement, look up and just to the left of the pump pipe you will see a ring on a pull chain. Actually, it is a manual flush. Just pull it and watch as everything below disappears!!
Dad, what should I do if......can't think of anything right now, but I will soon and wait for your advice. Love you guys lots!
