Jana inspired me to post some new pictures of Lincoln. We are definitely suffering from lack of warm sunshine outdoors (besides Monday when we had a fluke 80 degree day among all the 40 somethings). Anyway, there is plenty of warm sunshine in our house with little Lincoln around. It is so fun to see his smiles, although we haven't gotten very good at having the camera out at the ideal moment. Also Lincoln is going to think he was always by himself because there is hardly ever anyone else in the picture with him. I guess that's what you get when you're home alone with mom...
This was taken a couple weeks ago, but it's one of my favorites.
Easter with my mom...had to include this one cause of the beenie, so fun...
Okay, can you tell where we are in this picture? Not an african saffari, but close.
Speaking of little birds, guess where this mamma bird decided to build the nest for her eggs? (Becky can't answer this one cause we already told her).
Hope this brings some sunshine in! :)

Ohhhhhhhhhh HOW CUTE!!!!!!! I want to hold him! Thanks Mickenzie for posting pictures of Lincoln. It's amazing how quickly they change. He is a keeper and it will be fun to see him, hopefully at Mom and Dad's farewell, if it works out that everyone gets to be there. Yep, this brought sunshine to my day! (really)

Lincoln looks super cute. Tummy shots are cute, they always have entertaining expressions.
I especially like the one Lincoln at the zoo. He looks like he's a pro at going places. AS if he already knew all the nuances of public life.
I see one proud Grandma Moore! He is such a good looking Lincoln. And, I think that bird nest is underneath your back deck? Can I hold him?
Yes, everyone can take a turn holding him at mom and dad's farewell, we'll be there for sure! :) The nest was on our front door. They built it on the back side of our wreath. I am so sad though because the darn magpie's that also live near our house demolished the nest and I can only imagine what they did with these little eggs. If I were that momma bird I would be so sad!!!
Once I had a magpie for a pet - as a teenager in Denver (well, Littleton) Colorado. It was a fun pet, but our Dad made us let it go - he hated magpies because of having to grow a garden with those pests. But we named it and you can guess it's name. Very original. Maggie! Too bad for the nest. Also we had a Robin that had nested here for years before we build onto the cabin, and after the cabin was built, it kept coming back and clinging onto the bathroom screen outside, very frustrated that her nesting place was destroyed. They are so territorial.
Lincoln is SOOOOO cute. Just wanna squeeze that cute boy. Mom
Did you name it Robbie?
I never heard about Maggie before! Just the stories of your cats, kittens in your baby carriage, the dog with all the thorns in its tongue, and your real bad fall as a child. And letting Uncle Mac out on the highway telling him you were home when he was asleep in the car. I always loved hearing your childhood stories.
