****Happy Mothers Day****
"When i grow up, i want to be a mother".....Just want to wish all you fine mothers a happy one. Bust out that red plate and put something on it! Mom you are so cool and I love you tons. Congrats on the kitchen, now teach karina how to cook something other than top ramen.
Everybody congratulate rick brooks for getting a job at wood patel, one of the most respectable engineering firms in the valley! Only the best of the best get to work here. He's just being shy about letting everybody know how cool he is.
P.S. i caught my first fish(a carp) yesterday after six months of nothing! persistence pays off, it was a big one too! pert near 6 lbs. I'm gonna catch every fish in the pine valley reservoir, and i won't even throw my pole in and make dad get it.

Yep, happy Mother's day to "all ya'lls", as ReNae says. Mom, you're the best.
Rick, that is awesome that you're working with Wood Patel. I'm totally proud of you. Now, explain to the rest of us what Wood Patel does...
Jared, i think just for old times' sake you should "accidentally" cast your rod into the resevoir again.
Good job, Ricky!!! I don't know what that place is either, but it's gotta be great for Jared to toot your horn.
And, although I already spoke with you today, Mom, "Happy Mother's Day" again! I love you. I did think of you a lot today and I'm glad you are my mother and not a kitten or a dog or a cow or a chicken or a snort! (I still laugh every time I read that book and come to the page where the baby bird's mouth is open as big as his head and he is yelling, "I WANT MY MOTHER!" I can see you, mom, straining your neck to look just like that bird and yell it out real loud so that the kids listening just look at you in awe! -- so, naturally, I do the same thing when reading it to my kids, only its not as good as your version!!! We also sing the same tune you did for the song in "Love you Forever" ....as long as I'm living my Mommy you'll be).
Sorry, Becky, that Mom had to call you back because I was on the line, but hey, she was Mom to me before you, so I have priority!! (actually, I was shocked that I actually got through without a "busy" signal, since there are so many of us!
I hope you all had a great Mother's Day--Ruth, Barbara, ReNae, Kathy, Becky, and Mickenzie. And Karina, you did a fine job on that lunch for Mom and Aunt Connie. Can't wait to see you all in July! XXOXO Jana
Jared, you might really catch something in the res. but I wouldn't bet on it if you take the boys. Mac & Trooper will be scaring them off making everyone else fishing mad. But you can try! I'd love to cook a dinner of trout.
Hey Rick, you didn't even tell us the name of the company you are working for. Sheesh - That's great. But what counts is how mucha you make. How mucha you get paid! Ere ya rich yet?
actually rick was the one that cast the pole into the resevoir
Sorry Jared, I didn't pick up on your sarcasm that it was Rick that tossed the pole, but I do remember it now. Man that was funny! Mostly I remember being scared that Grandpa would be ticked at us for losing the rod, and maybe swear a bit :) ---scott
