...Pah Rum Pum Pum Pum...

I can never remember who we have for Christmas, so I made a quick chart for us. As everyone will recall, Becky and ReNae never did do the chores the job chart said they were supposed to do, so not sure they'll follow this either (j/k Renae and Becky! Love you!) Did I get the chart right?

Also, like Ralphie from "A Christmas Story", I'm hoping to get a (say this next part quick and enthusiastically) "Red Ryder carbine-action, two hundred shot Range Model air rifle with a compass in the stock and a thing which tells time". Well that, or a major award...

MAn, who called you to be in the Relief Society? That was very organized of you.

I just remember Rick (and prolly you too, Scott) switching my jobs so you guys could do garbage and be done. I had dishes for like three months straight in the summer!

(But that was better than being "the Entertainer"!)

I don't get all of these inside family jokes. But let me assure you, I laugh all the same.

I laugh all the same.

WHAT???? Are you kidding me? I ALWAYS did my chores - EXPECIALLY rule or chore #3. Geez, I can't believe you don't remember this. I was sooooooo good at it! Mom, you remember. Tell 'em. It was 'CHEERFUL ATTITUDE!'

IT TOO IS MUCH BETTER THAN BEING 'ENTERTAINER'

So no one liked being the entertainer except Jared! And he did a smashing job of it.

Ummm, ReNae, you did really really good on #3 except for
1986. (87-88-89-90-91----- Yep, cheerful attitude really was one of them.

Thanks, Scott, glad to see I was right (again). Just kidding. Yippee! I get Karina!!!
Hey-- We have an entertainer during dishes, too. Only on Sunday, though. It's usually Eli. The boys showed him how to snap a dish towel so they usually all get involved at the end and it's one big war. I hate that game!! All because of Rick Carpenter one time in Coolidge....he got me good in the leg after a youth activity and it even drew blood!! I'm sure he would apologize now but I thought that was so mean then.

Are you guys facebook friends now? (You & Rick Carpenter.)

Rebecca Ann! (Why didn't we spell it with an E, Mom?--Like Anne Shirley? Don't you think it's more distinguished?)

And Scott, how long did you spend making that chart? It looks so good! You can be proud! Well, I was impressed anyway. Color and everything!

Oh....and "Hi" to Janalee! Do you remember when I babysat you (and your siblings) once?

Or twice?....after that, you were old enough to do it yourself!

Good night, everyone!

I'm done for now : ) Gotta get to bed so I won't be grumpy in the morning...man, that was a nice week-long Thanksgiving break! A little tough to get into the swing of things again, but we will. And then it's Christmas! Yay!!!!!
