Took me like forever to make them.
Happy 35th to my cute brother! I've loved you almost my whole life... I probably bugged you a ton following you all around when we were kids to see "whatchya doin'?" but it was always fun & involved either ants, army guys, explosives, tumble weeds, climbing trees, finding stink bugs, tadpoles, chasing muffy, doing "appreciation" on the trampoline, games... or nintendo.
align="left">And there's a list way too long of fun things about you when we were a little older, but I gotta save those funny stories for another day. And now you are so far away, I'm gonna be depressed all day. Well, okay, just one story- remember how you lit fireworks in the blue bedroom and it burned a hole in the carpet- and we just kept it covered up for a long time (even though it was in the MIDDLE of the room?!) Or how you could make me laugh so hard & I'd never get tired of you retelling funny stories about your friends. Like when Lavan tried to tell the joke "one time an indian drank 40 cups of coffee and when he woke up he was in his TeePee" and Malcom was irritated because it was supposed to be Tea, not coffee... and I have laughed for years about that one.

I know those stories! How funny.
Scott's been sort of "adapting" to his new job and I think for most of the day, he almost forgot it was his birthday. It's a bit stressful.
Those cup cakes look vaguely familiar....hmmmm....:)
Also, Scott's 34 not 35...unless you did that on purpose.
Oops- I calculated wrong... I forgot how old I was- I added an extra year to me & then one to Scott. How nice to be younger than you think! Woo HOo!
(And you must be reading the same sites as me, if the cupcakes looked familiar..)
I am sorry to hear the job is still stressful. I hate that. I hope it doesn't stay like that very long.
Thanks Becky! FYI, I don't remember the incidents involving the baby ducks or the baby rabbits, but I do remember everything else you listed! And yes, the "tea pee" story was very funny - I have lots of similar funny memories from teen/scout years. Good times, those Coolidge days. Course, it's the people in the memories that makes them so fun!
Let's see...what do I remember about Scott? Well, you did drown my baby ducks but I think you've heard that story a gazillion times. (for those that don't know, I got three ducklings for my 10th birthday. Scott was 2. He decided they needed to swim so he took them outside to the kiddy pool and let them go. Of course, they didn't have the proper feathers for swimming yet, so when I found them, they were floating on top of the water. And their heads weren't up, either). That's ok, he didn't understand. But I never got them replaced. And please, please, please don't replace them now!
Hope your birthday was great! I love you! Jana
