Brooke's Graduation

Hi everyone,

She did it! She's out of high school and on to better things! Brooke gave a speech as one of the valedictorians and she looked great on the big screen. We sat in the nosebleed section, so it's a good thing they have those big screens. Eli thought the whole thing was too boring (heck, it started at 8pm and went until 10:30) but it was fun seeing all those kids in their green robes and listening to all the dorky parents/friends making a big hoopla over their kid. Well, it brought back some memories........

cOnGrAts Brooke! Just remember that it's another stepping stone and another door opened to the future, and take that knowledge you learned and give it back to the world!

congratulations, Brooke! That's great that you were valedictatorian. Hope you had lots of schools offering you scholarships and goodies to get you to attend their school. Way to go. Doesn't it feel great to be done with High School?

Man, I don't know why we were all so worried that you wouldn't graduate...and we find out that you're even a valedictorian! J/K, we knew you were the best all along. Can't wait to see what you do with yourself.

So did you go to any parties afterwards to enjoy the last night with the Class of '08 or is that "so high school"?

WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO. Time to move out and do what ever the heck you want. Well, thats what i did. Don't let anyone talk you in to going to school with them at a community college instead of taking free ride scholarships to any of the major universities in arizona thus making you take out student loans later on in life just to pay for it. Where were you on that one dad? It's only money though. Well congrats brooke, where you going to go?

Brooke, we can't wait for you to be close to us in American Fark! Amber and Alissa hope to see you on occasion and we will kidnap you if you don't let us come and take you! We are happy for you. It is a wonderful feeling to accomplish so much. Congrats on Valedictorian. Your parents must be EXTREMELY proud of you. Love, Barbara
