We're back !!!!
Okay, so some fun events have happened here --nothing like Jared playing in his major league or anything, but still cool. (Jared, your camera is awesome! I am sold on the convenience of digital cameras!)
#1, Bruce took us to Monster Jam!!!!!! Oh yeah, it was awesome. Bruce fit right in the crowd with his white ribbed tank top and "mother" tatoo. I did my hair extra special that night-- Wal-mullet style. I was just as entertained watching the crowd as the Monster trucks.
#2 is just how fun it is when the boys FINALLY come home from school -and they are sooo hungry, and sooooo hot, and fresh cookies are soooo good. It is funny, because the boys come home and they both are talking to me at once- I can't interrupt them to tell them to stop-- you know how fixated they get- & they just finish their thought anyway even if I say "one at a time blah blah". So those two are talking, Kara wants a new outfit on her doll, and Nathan is yappin over something that he can't have. It is total commotion, but it cracks me up that they all are going at once. Like I have four ears!
#3 & 4 is Nathan's first birthday!! He was fascinated by the balloons, didn't like his cake AT ALL (?? we were stunned, too--never heard of one of my young uns reject food until this kid), and loved the wrapping paper more than anything- except his new book about dogs. Oh, I would be remiss unless I said that the balloon is NOT pink-- strange lighting. Really and truly it was red. (No man child of Bruce's will be associatin' with pink.) Oh, also I did NOT get a cute picture of Nathan smiling and being happy to have a party and to be 1- he was totally suspicious of everything that day. (You can tell by his expression.) Well, I love him anyway, stubborn as he can be. . . .
#5 is Kara's Easter dress that I made. Only ripped out 3 or 4 seams, I think. Not your typical Easter dress, I know, but I like it.
I also finished a cool quiet book (no- it doesn't work!) for church, as well as Kara's quilt. Soon as my batteries are charged back up I'll post those too. Seriously, the quiet book makes you wish you were 3 sitting in church with "only" 45 minutes left. . .
Oh yeah-- Erin, your gradiation picture/announcement was so pretty! Kara has lovingly placed your picture in her play oven, "so Nathan won't get it. . .". I picked up the mail while I was in the car (we have a dumb community mail box thing) and showed it to her- and she had it on her most of the day-until she put it in her kitchen. So, Congratulations!! I can't believe you are that old already!
We want to get you this cool shirt that I saw another kid wear- it said "Well Edukated" on it. (Karina- see, that is funny because "Edukated" is not really spelled that way)
Love you guys so much!!
Becky

Yep - way cute kids, Becky. Kara's dress looks amazing - great job ! (even if it isn't pastel)
Hey Bruse is that your truck with its backside pointing down? Hey you all, anyone know what was Jared's most recent most embarassing moment in life? Princess kara, you look so royal. Come see Grandpa.
