Home fer Sell

Yes, this is how my house looks everyday, and boy you should see it when it is clean.

I had about 7 little boys running around the house yesterday and you should have seen the squallor (complete with unflushed toilets, legos strewn so thick you step on one every third step, blood stains, spit up lakes everywhere, the stench of fish trying to perfuse every porous surface in the house, I could go on forever...) I have decided to take the soup nazi's approach to house selling-- "No Tour for YOU! Only internet tour!" , because it is rather impossible to clean up and keep it that way. I never want to do this again!!!!!!

Hi Larsens,
Tthis is John Griffin and I saw your home on your family's blog. I would greatly appreciate it if you would be willing to allow me to see your home in person. I like what I have seen on the internet and would consider making you an offer. Thanks for your time,
John Griffin

WoW larsens, check that out!!! You already have people wanting to see your home!! You go. However I think you should have one of those fake dog poops right by the front door, and those fake throw up's like in the middle of the rug or something like that. Bring some fun into your pictures or those who see your home in person! They'll really like that!
Hey, you know... I'd be the first to buy your home. Maybe you should do like I always tell mom and "save it for me for 1 more year"!!! Love ya lots!

I like it! Good luck with the selling....and the keeping-it-clean-and-presentable part. Basically, you follow your kids around all day and pick up after them and life is miserable until it sells! Fortunately, people know what families are like and are pretty forgiving. I know because someone dropped in unexpectedly to view our house and it looked "normal" not "spick and span" so they came back one hour later after I had cleaned up and they ended up buying it! I hope it isn't long for you guys....Jana
