Reunion T-Shirts

So, we're ready to get the shirts printed up. Woo Hoo! You'll love 'em, hopefully. Kathy made an awesome design for the front and back. My choice was going to be "I went to the Brooks family reunion and all I got was this dumb t-shirt", but Kathy vetoed that. (haven't you ever seen those types of t-shirts before?)

This saturday we will visit the printer and try on some shirts to get an idea of what the sizes really are like (sometimes sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer). Then we'll call you next week to get from you the sizes of shirts your family needs.

Since there's only about 6+ more weeks until the reunion, I think we'd better start praying that Dad and Mom at least get the plumbing and electricity hooked up before then, otherwise it might be little miserable with all of us waiting to use that one port-a-potty out in front :( --Scott

So... what do the shirts say?? I am real excited that you guys did the Tee's! You'll do great and we'll all love them.
Yah, any prayers would be helpful. WE had the marble countertops for the bathrooms come yesterday and they finished! Our contractor called the plumbing for today and the electrician for tomorrow! We're crossing our fingers that they show up. Then the carpet is scheduled for friday and will take 3 days for them to finish. Then hopefully we'll be in by the following week! It sure is taking so long, but the house (mom doesn't like it when we say "cottage" or "cabin") looks gorgeous!! It's amazing!

Great Scott!! We're anxioius for those shirts also. And this week the bathroom counters (cultured marble) were installed, Today the plumber is coming to install TOILETS, the electrician is coming tomorrow, and the Carpet guy on Friday. Wow, progress. Ya'll won't have to use the poly-john in front. (however I've grown attached to it)

All right, I give up! This is the second time my comments have been deleted before I got to publish it (not that its all that worthy of publishing, but hey, just so you all know we are alive over here). Anyway, what I had said was thank you Scott and Kathy, you've done well. And Mom, how 'bout giving us all a group project during the reunion and taking advantage of all our "helping hands"? Sounds like you could use it. Or do we just get to play?
